To get to the Hostel Tralala Salento you stay on the bus until it reaches the town's central plaza. Look for the Tralala sign on the corner (probably at your right). It's only 50 meters away, the white/orange building on the next left corner, in front of the local hospital.

If you don't want to wait for the direct bus from Pereira to Salento, you can take a bus to Armenia and ask the busdriver to drop you off at the 'Las Flores' stop. It's about 5 k's past the Salento turn off from the highway. There you can (carefully) cross the road and wait for the more frequent buses to Salento from Armenia.

The bus from Armenia passes through a village called Circasia 
Avianca has daily flights from Bogota, Medellin and Cali to El Eden in Armenia. More companies have flights to Matecana in Pereira. There are also direct flights from Miami and Panama City.
There's a bus from Armenia airport to the terminal. It will take you close to the terminal, but not quite, ask to drop you of at the Mobil gasstation, then walk one block.

Buses from Salento to Armenia leave every 20 minutes from 06.00 to 21.00 and to Pereira at 07.50, 12.50, 14.50 and 17.50 (more frequent in the weekends) connecting buses leave from early morning till late at night, at least every hour
